A true integrated agency plans and executes every channel a brand uses to reach its audience — strategy, creative, ATL (TV, print, radio, OOH), BTL (events, activations, sampling), digital, social, influencer, PR and MarTech — from a single team. The point is that the message and measurement stay consistent across channels, instead of fragmenting across five different vendors who don't talk to each other. Salt N Pepper runs all nine disciplines in-house.
ATL (Above The Line) is mass-reach paid media — TV, print, radio and OOH. The audience is broad and the messaging is one-to-many. BTL (Below The Line) is targeted, one-to-one or one-to-few — on-ground activations, sampling, retail, trade marketing, direct mailers. ATL builds awareness; BTL converts intent into action. A well-built campaign uses both, with attribution flowing back to business outcomes.
We've been delivering integrated marketing campaigns for 10+ years, often as a specialist execution partner working alongside larger lead agencies.
